International delivery


For international delivery, we use private logistics / courier company or recipient's local Post (USPS (for United States 🇺🇸) etc). The choice of logistics company is solely at our discretion.

Tax / Import Duties


All taxes, levies, import duties or similar charges imposed by the country are deemed to be borne by the receiver/recipient/buyer. 


The consequences caused by failure of payment of such taxes/duties are to be borne by the receiver/recipient/buyer. Seller has no responsibility to pay the duties/taxes for the customer.


If the package is not collected by customer/buyer and the package is returned to sender, the customer needs to pay the shipping fees again for second delivery attempt.


Failed Delivery


In case when the first delivery attempt was failed, the customer may need to contact local post office/courier for pickup/second delivery attempt (if available).


Failure of which may lead to return of packages to sender. The customer would have to wait for the package to be returned to the sender’s warehouse (time taken of which may range from 1 to 6 weeks).


Upon receipt of package at warehouse, the extra costs incurred/fees charged by the courier for rearranging the package for shipment shall be borne by the customer.


The package would only be re-shipped once the payment of the extra costs is completed successfully.


STRICTLY NO REFUND OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER IN THIS CASE


So please pay attention to the status of your package, it is recommended to download third party tracking applications and get notifications for every movement of the package To avoid failure of delivery/pickup.
