Return Policy

Exchange and return policy:

If you received goods in defective condition/wrong items

You have [14] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

We will check if you are eligible for return & exchange. If yes, once we received your item, we will inspect & notify you and proceed with exchange (sending a new one/correct item) to you. We can only change to the same item and unable to change to other items
